Recruitment Marketing Campaign & Website Redesign
For Robbins Staffing Solutions, I spearheaded a recruitment marketing campaign using Facebook to attract new job seekers. By leveraging organic social media strategies, I achieved a 130% increase in social media traffic and a 70% boost in website visits, significantly enhancing applicant engagement.
Situation:
Robbins Staffing Solutions needed to expand their candidate pool and increase visibility among job seekers. Post-pandemic finding people to work was quite difficult and increased marketing efforts were needed.
Task:
My role was to create and execute a recruitment marketing campaign to attract new applicants, focusing on organic social media strategies, particularly on Facebook. I also took on the task of writing blog content to provide deeper insights into job roles, company culture, and industry tips for candidates.
Action:
I started by redesigning the website to enhance usability, streamline navigation, and create a more visually appealing, candidate-friendly interface. On social media, I developed a series of targeted Facebook posts, designed a consistent posting schedule, and incorporated engaging visuals and clear calls to action. Additionally, I wrote blog content that provided valuable information on job roles, company culture, and industry tips to support SEO efforts and further engage visitors. Throughout the campaign, I tracked performance metrics to adjust and refine the strategy as needed.
Resolution:
The campaign resulted in a 130% increase in social media traffic and a 70% increase in website visits, significantly expanding the candidate pool and meeting the client’s recruitment objectives. This project highlighted the value of blending social media and blog content to drive organic engagement, boosting Robbins Staffing’s online presence and effectiveness in recruitment.
